Who's behind it

I'm Paul Fink. Before DeficiencyDesk, I owned and ran a premium local-services company doing cleaning and landscaping work. I saw the same pattern there that I now see in fire protection: the field crew finds the work, and somewhere between the job site and the invoice, a chunk of it just never gets quoted. Not because anyone decided to skip it, but because nobody owns turning a finding into a priced proposal and chasing it to a decision.

That's the job DeficiencyDesk does for fire protection ITM contractors: take every deficiency out of the inspection report, price it at your rates, get your sign-off, send it, and follow up until it's closed.

How this is run

There's no team, no call center, and no new software for your crew to learn. If you work with DeficiencyDesk, you're working directly with me: I read your reports, price the deficiencies, and send the follow-ups myself.
